They both uncovered their past while while taking part in a scary situation, they also recovered from their personal struggles changed their direction in life. Another comparison between Sereika and Carle is that they both are emotionally involved in their whole situations and they are both considered brave and helpful.

Carle and Sereika also have a few different qualities such as Sereika is a paramedic, and Carle is a reporter. Another difference between them is that Sereika went to the scene intending to help and Carle went to the scene intending to report, but ended up instead helping. Carle also has little to no experience in rescue work but sereika has experience. Carle is also married. Serika lost his license and is a recovering alcoholic.
